Hello, My name is Tina Schreckler. My husband and I retired to the Chama Valley in 2001. We drove through New Mexico in 1996 and fell in love with Northern New Mexico. We purchased our first property at that time and proceeded to dream about the day when we could finally move here.

I sold Real Estate in one of the most beautiful areas of California since 1988. I specialized in vacant land, ranches, and custom estates in Southern California's exclusive La Cresta area. The last ten years I sold property in La Cresta, my business consisted of 100% referral or repeat clients. This is one of the things I am most proud of, and I believe speaks volumes regarding my work ethic and client satisfaction.

Hello my name is Teodoro (Ted) Ulibarri, my beautiful wife Deborah and I are natives to the area, I was born in Los Ojos, New Mexico.  We have three wonderful children, one daughter and two sons.  I love the outdoors, hiking, camping and horseback riding.  I am also a fly fishing, hiking and hunting guide at the Lodge of Chama. Where we provide a high quality of enjoyment and an extraordinary experience for our Clients.

I retired as a New Mexico State Police Lieutenant from the Department of Public Safety. Serving the Northern Communities of New Mexico during my  career.  My experience as a State Police allowed me to really get to know the area especially in the following counties: Rio Arriba, Taos and Santa Fe.

I grew up ranching with my family and I am extremely familiar with most of the ranches and farms in Northern New Mexico.  I am also very knowledgeable of most wildlife indigenous to the area and the practice in managing both livestock and wildlife.

I'm Deborah Ulibarri. I was born and raised in Northern New Mexico; I love the people of New Mexico with our rich cultures and strong heritage.  I have over 7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, I have coordinated with Surveyors, Appraisers, County Government and Title Companies many complex transactions through hard work, ethical behavior, excellent customer service and professionalism with the upmost care and confidentiality.

I am an honest individual with a “can do” attitude and will excel at any endeavor I pursue.  I believe when others place their trust in me, I have the knowledge and the contacts available to me to help them realize their dreams of purchasing a new home or a vacant land parcel to someday build  their dream home or cabin.
